Our History

HYVE Homes was established in Santaquin, Utah, by founders Jimmy Degraffenried, a seasoned general contractor with over two decades of experience in custom home construction and large-scale land development and Becky Harward, an accomplished interior designer, former home renovation business owner, and licensed real estate agent. Together they created HYVE Homes to deliver distinctive, high-quality homes that break away from conventional “cookie-cutter” designs. Notably, HYVE Homes stands out as one of the few home construction companies with female leadership, bringing a unique and innovative perspective to the home-building process.

Inspired by the timeless elegance of 1930s American Bungalows, HYVE Homes combines classic architectural details with modern functionality. Each home is thoughtfully designed to offer charm, practicality, and contemporary conveniences, featuring six distinctive floor plans, all complete with inviting front porches.

As the company has grown, HYVE Homes remains committed to its core mission: providing a creative and personalized home-buying experience in the entry-level market.
